Job Title: Senior Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED

Key Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation and warehousing.

Ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Liaise with freight forwarders shipping lines and suppliers to manage shipment schedules and costs.

Oversee inventory control stock levels and distribution to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.

Coordinate customs clearance documentation and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.

Work closely with internal departments including procurement sales and finance to streamline logistics processes.

Track shipments resolve delivery issues and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.

Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.

Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations in logistics operations.
