Description

Ontime Group is urgently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper for our Construction and FitOut projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks contributing to the successful completion of projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and take down of construction sites and work areas
Support skilled workers with their tasks and duties including carpentry electrical and plumbing work
Load and unload materials tools and equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring safety standards are met
Help with basic measurements and preparations for construction tasks
Follow instructions and adhere to project timelines
Report any issues or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Previous experience as a Helper in construction or fitout projects is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
Strong willingness to learn and take direction
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts as required
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Must be available to start immediately
