BIM Layout Engineer
Mobility is the goal
Data Management and Exchange:
- Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers architects and other project stakeholders.
- Adding Cobie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standard
Compliance and Accuracy:
- Verify that the models adhere to project specifications regulations and Schindlers standards.
Clash Detection and Resolution:
- Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various teams including design engineering and construction to ensure seamless integration of Schindlers products into building projects.
Project Support:
- Provide BIM-related support throughout the project lifecycle from design and planning to construction and maintenance.
Mobility needs you
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Excellent 3D modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of building construction and engineering principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Schindlers products and systems (preferred).
- Relevant Experience (Min 3yrs.)
