Your responsibilities include establishing a knowledge base managing user inquiries creating training materials and coordinating with stakeholders. You will also implement a communication strategy to keep users informed about updates.
Your role ensures the SMMS is maintained perfectly to prevent ships from coming to a standstill. You will travel to vessels as needed and possess excellent communication and customer-friendly skills. By taking these administrative and user-centric approaches you will enhance the user experience and ensure successful application support.
