CI/CD Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive CI/CD Engineer to design implement and maintain scalable Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services.

• Collaborate with development QA DevOps and operations teams to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation.

• Monitor and improve pipeline performance stability and security.

• Implement quality gates automated testing and code analysis tools within pipelines.

• Troubleshoot CI/CD issues and maintain pipeline health across multiple environments (dev staging production).

• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and best practices in the deployment process.

• Maintain version control workflows (e.g. Git Flow trunk-based development).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.

• 3 years of experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions CircleCI or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).

• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash Python or Groovy.

• Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and infrastructure as code.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog).

• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD (e.g. secrets management artifact integrity).

• Experience in agile/scrum environments.

• Certifications (e.g. AWS DevOps Engineer Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
