Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure interior design works comply with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Review and validate ID materials mockups and finish samples for approval.
- Coordinate with design consultants contractors and suppliers to address IDrelated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on progress of ID works and flag any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports snag lists and followup on rectifications.
- Evaluate workmanship and detailing in ID installations including joinery ceilings partitions wall finishes and flooring.
- Support project teams in maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
- Participate in handover procedures and quality assurance processes for interior areas.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a design consultancy background.
- Proven experience working on UAE/GCC interior design projects.
- Strong technical expertise in highend ID finishes materials and construction detailing.
- Good knowledge of UAE building codes and interior regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
