Role Purpose
- Why this role matters: As Technical Architect you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust backend systems that address complex challenges in scalability and performance. Your contributions will help shape our engineering practices and the development of innovative solutions ultimately influencing the way we disrupt the market.
- What success looks like: In your first year you will lead the development of scalable backend architectures mentor engineering teams to adopt best practices and drive the successful deployment of critical backend services that enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Lead the definition design and implementation of scalable backend and enterprisewide architectures ensuring high performance reliability and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership driving technical alignment scalable system design and seamless integration of new technologies.
- Manage architectural governance and standardization ensuring consistency security and reusability across backend systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through modern technologies architectural frameworks and cloudnative solutions.
- Mentor engineers and technical leaders fostering a culture of collaboration learning and technical excellence.
- Guide the execution of critical architectural initiatives translating complex business needs into scalable and actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications & Attributes
Were seeking someone who embodies the following:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years in software architecture and technical leadership roles with demonstrated success in enterprisescale architectural transformation.
Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Familiarity with the Telco domain and TM Forum standards (e.g. ODA); experience integrating TM Forum APIs is a plus
- Goodtohave: Deep experience with enterprisescale systems architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF Zachman) cloudnative architectures (AWS) microservices API strategies and data architecture.
- Nicetohaves: Experience in both startup and enterprise environments; familiarity with integration platforms and eventdriven architecture.
- Unique Attributes: Thrives in largescale environments requiring complex technical decisions and stakeholder alignment.
- Possesses strong communication skills executive presence and a mentoring mindset.
- Excels with domaindriven design modern development methodologies and strategic technical planning.
