2. As a clientfacing role develop fully integrated digital media campaigns with clear measurable KPIs for events.
3. Manage Customer Relationship Management growing the B2C customer database and providing customer insights for targeted campaigns. Manage the tools
4. (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) and guide the development of compelling internal and external email/SMS campaigns for the organization and events.
5. Provide thorough digital performance analysis (Weekly/Monthly) and deliver actionable insights.
6. Strengthen customer data management platform integration and track ticket sales performance with Ticketing Department to achieve greater media efficiency and performance for events.
7. Provide input into the content marketing strategy to ensure that the organisations /events digital narrative is integrated and key messaging is delivered in the right context and channelfit format.
8. Establish a broad network of digital partners to identify innovative solutions for RFPs and campaigns and activate creative partnerships that amplify events.
9. In collaboration with the legal department assist in the management of digital partner contracts in line with department policies.
10. Effectively communicate project expectations to event team members other CLIENT departments third parties and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
11. Plan and allocate digital resource and budget for new event planning together with Marcomms lead and submit resource plan to Project Manager.
12. Develop and manage the digital campaign plan schedule and monitor project timelines milestones and deliverables.
13. Responsible for all RFP/RFQs required for digital deliverables for events. Manage the digital budget and approve suppliers quotes for the team who support on new contracts LPOs and invoices with Legal/Finance departments.
14. Contribute to new business (RFPs) and IPs where digital marketing and innovation are required as part of the scope of work. Consult Business Development department on digital budget staffing and deliverables as part of RFP submission.
15. Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations including monthly management and board reports (Consult if part of a program of events with the Project Manager)
Language Skills:
excellent verbal and written English Language. Arabic preferred
Years of Experience:
10 years of digital media experience of which 3 years have been in a managerial role
