الوصف الوظيفي
- Purpose of planning Offer is to minimize risk by reducing the uncertainties surrounding business and to increase the degree of organizational success.
- Planning Daily and Monthly production and making dispatch plan based on the order Making BOM (Bag weight & component required to produce FIBC bag) against each Enquiry and RFQ receive from marketing.
- Calculation of manpower required to produce bags (Base on company set targets) for Finishing section and calculation of total manpower required in all three major section i.e.
- Tape plant , Loom and Finishing as per monthly target set by company in present and providing input for future expansion of company to achieve higher production .
- Planning and order of Raw materials required to achieve plan production and dispatch on time.
- Target setting for new order.
- Maintaining planning vs actual production report, Making Daily efficiency report for finishing and loom section.
- Maintaining co- ordination between operations, marketing and logistics.
- Calculation of Raw materials required to produce one bag.
- Maintaining monthly and yearly graph between production, sales , inventory and efficiency.
- providing necessary calculation for costing of bags.
- Plans for Looms and tape plant (Including lamination, liner & MF yarn)
