Our client is looking for an individual from either flooring, furniture, homeware, or sanitary ware who has worked in a B2B sales manager role handling all of the forecasting, KPIs and P&L management. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in developing and delivering sales plan and strategies to improve market share across various product lines.
In addition you will lead and coach a sales team, ensuring that they have the required product knowledge and training to deliver business objectives.
A key focus will be to build and maintain long lasting business relationships with key clients and partners in the region to maximise sales opportunities, act as a brand representative and gain valuable market feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you must have an MBA or bachelor’s Degree ideally in business or a related field. Experience of at least 10 years in the UAE/GCC in a similar role with accountability for the profit and loss alongside responsibility for the entire business is essential.
Our client requires someone with a proven track record of developing successful sales strategies who has a network of connections with the fit out/design community.
