- Charterhouse is working with a market leading food tech company who are looking to hire a Growth Manager to oversee their growth strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Your main responsibilities will be to plan and execute the growth strategy. This role is highly analytical and data driven.
- You will be required to interpret extensive data and translate into a growth plan
- . You must be a driven numbers person who hunts for a solution. You will draft the growth agenda, with a comprehensive understanding of the companies biggest acquisition and retention issues, converting them into solutions and opportunities.
- This role will manage and optimise the process from awareness to conversion to retention and referrals. You will be setting up your team to support the business’ growth strategy.
- REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate must have proven success in a similar role within an e-commerce organisation, preferably in food but other industries may be considered
- . You will be experienced in managing a team of 5 or more across marketing and data. You must be experienced in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Optimise as well as other leading analytical tools.
- This role requires an experienced professional with a strong track record in customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience in the Middle East is not essential for the right candidate.
