- Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-team collaborations.
- Oversee the teams, their projects, pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
2. Driving Commercial Growth
- Discover & develop non-standard commercial opportunities within the TikTok ecosystem through existing user-team campaigns or through the development of ownable IPs.
- Incubate alpha or non-standard products and develop commercial strategy.
- Develop feasible selling principles that look after the interests of both User Ops and Sales Teams.
3. Operational Management
- Enhance or develop best practices, processes, and tools to help discover, assess, and execute the opportunities and projects of the team.
- Work closely with strategy, research, and marketing teams to identify editorial opportunities.
