الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure implementation and optimization of the tiktok growth strategy amongst relevant partners & Celebrities in Bangladesh.
- Build celebrities partnership strategy on TikTok, pitching & onboarding new celebrities on TikTok
- Deep knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity market and good networking skills to help onboard key partners and top celebrities on the platform.
- Design content strategy and plan to level up celebrities content on TikTok
- Manage negotiations with celebrities and their management teams along with securing the internal support necessary
- Work closely as part of and in collaboration with the South Asia team to drive high-impact Tiktok adoption i.e., consistent output, high-quality creation, and innovative user-cases
- Ability to conceptualize and nurture partner/Celebrity, led initiatives including Campaigns, Deals, and Tie-ups, which deepen the TikTok narrative and consumer impact in the region
- Identify and help build TikTok-first partner success stories from the region with a view to institutionalizing best practices and seed new trends in the markets
- Partner cross-functional teams internally and externally to strengthen go to market strategies for Tiktok basis evolving landscape and business environment
- Act as a short-form video expert and a strong advocate for partners/Celebrities on Tiktok, internally and externally. By contributing to Tiktok product and program development and also providing timely counsel to partners/celebrities on their short-form strategy
