To be responsible for the End to end delivery of dealer app and dealer experience by supporting the entire application agile lifecycle, (concept, design, test, release and support). Managing the squads, Facilitating agile transformation , ensuring clear framework of agile and training other teams on agile. § Working closely with the Product Owner as scrum master Project with over responsibility on managing sprints and the setting day to day sprints operations to development teams. § § Creating successful teams with strong skills in self organisation and cross functionality and a drive for continuous improvement. § Supporting product owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent product backlog and maximizing the value of the product. § Helping in making scrum successful in Platform in supporting management in changing process, procedures, culture and behaviours. § Keeping a strong focus on the principles of agile and Values of scrum ensuring the spirit of Scrum in truly understood Using Agile and Scrum practices to consistently deliver value, and to self-organize Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives) Remove impediments to allow your team to succeed and facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the that goals are understood by everyone in the team Work with the Product Owner to achieve effective Product Backlog management, facilitate Story Mapping, assist/create Stories and Acceptance Criteria maximize value delivery Be a confident change agent who takes pride in watching their team evolve their Agile practices Be a creative problem solver and be willing to let the team take center-stage in their continuous learning and improvement journey Identify and action on areas of opportunities and optimization in partnership with peers and team members Navigate the team through the uncertainty, risk, and complexity and communicate the risks to required stakeholders You appreciate deadlines even within an Agile framework and can help prioritize and negotiate to meet these timelines
