Business Development Associate (Arabic Speaker)

One of our key clients is looking to expand their operation in the GCC and they are looking for an Arabic speaking Business Development Associate. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
• Collaborate with marketing manager and consultants to ensure that requirements are met
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
• Possess a strong understanding of recruitment services, our competition in the industry and positioning
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Fresh graduate of any field or with at least 1 to 2 years of experience
• good understanding of the Gulf region especially KSA market
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting, with strong ability to seek new clients
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• willing to do a sales or business development role
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to clients, in a clear and concise manner
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
• Must be willing to travel when needed
