General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor all Civil/Arch. Engineering disciplines of effort on the project to ensure compliance with contracted regulatory and approved standards.
- Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts.
- Liaise with the Clients and Contractors Inspectors and Project Engineers with support and guidance in assuring timely due diligence in all project requirements: safety cost quality and schedule.
- Supervised specialist subcontractors providing thorough induction and signing off permits to work.
- Checked technical drawings for adherence to standards and maintained operational compliance.
- Support Asset Manager in planning and implementing short and longterm capital and expense projects for Community development.
- Manage regional roads and community roads as per the ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) Regulations.
- Manage the Landscaping as per the ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) Regulations and Inform the subject service providers of any Property damages for rectification.
- Maintenance of the Regional Road directional signage Warning and Control signs as per ADM Standard.
- Operation and Maintenance of the infra & Recreation projects as per ADM standards.
- Maintenance of the Regional Road directional signage Warning and Control signs as per the ADM standard.
- Managing thirdparty service providers by enforcing the agreedupon scope of services within the various signed service agreements.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
- 5 years of experience is required.
- Infrastructure Experience is an advantages
- Hospitality background is a must
- Relevant experience in Facility Management with Operation & Maintenance projects experience is required.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
