Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Telesalesprofessional to manage leads generated through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tracking and following up on leads while actively engaging in telesales to nurture prospects for reassigning to agents. This role is essential to maximizing sales potential and ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Receive organize and prioritize incoming leads from multiple sources (sales team online platforms social media email campaigns etc.).
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members based on the nature and qualification of the lead.
- Lead Qualification:
- Prescreen and qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Conduct initial phone calls with leads to gather necessary information and assess potential.
- Follow up with leads via calls emails or other communication channels to keep them engaged and move them along the sales funnel.
- TeleSales:
- Make outbound sales calls to cold leads providing them with product/service information and provide leads to sales team.
- Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide necessary information to convert prospects into customers.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on lead status connectivity report and outcomes to performance manager.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular followups and a high level of customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales lead coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other leads tracking tools.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed marketing targets targets.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Dubai Real Estate sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM & understanding of Excel to maintain data & provide report.
