We are currently looking for Product Owner for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies
Required for this role:
Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
Exceptional problem skills and datadriven product decisionmaking; may go beyond application of existing knowhow
Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
Experience with designing creative quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
Entrepreneurial selfstarter who is selfmotivated but also a team player with a professional presence
Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
Previous experience:
Minimum 3yrs of experience as a product owner
Experienced in Service digitization/Service enablement on Mobile App / Internet Banking
Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience including 5 years of experience in product development and marketing.
Bachelors degree required advanced degree a plus.
Experience of operating within a multichannel/multiregion brand
Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
