A leading retailer in the UAE is looking to hire a seasoned P&L leader to drive its quick commerce operations. The company is at the forefront of innovation in ondemand retail and is looking for an experienced leader to scale its 15minute delivery model.
Role Overview
As the P&L Leader Quick Commerce you will be responsible for endtoend business leadership overseeing strategy execution and operational excellence. You will spearhead rapid delivery operations optimize lastmile logistics and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Lead manage and optimize the business units financial performance ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Quick Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a robust 15minute delivery business model ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Market Expansion: Identify and launch new market opportunities driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee lastmile delivery operations fulfillment centers and supply chain optimization.
- Technology & Automation: Leverage digital tools and AIdriven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing tech supply chain and customer experience teams to drive seamless operations.
Team Building: Hire mentor and lead highperforming teams to ensure execution excellence.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in quick commerce lastmile delivery or ondemand logistics.
- Handson experience in building and scaling a 15minute delivery model.
- Strong P&L management experience with a focus on revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Deep understanding of the UAE quick commerce landscape.
- Expertise in logistics supply chain and realtime inventory management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and innovation.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
