As the Senior Planning Engineer you will play a key role in overseeing the planning and coordination of engineering activities within the organization. You will be responsible for managing project timelines ensuring resource allocation and supporting the engineering team in delivering highquality designs and solutions. Your role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams managing external partnerships and ensuring that the formwork designs meet the technical and project requirements. You will also provide guidance to the team enabling them to collaborate efficiently and deliver optimal results for our clients complex projects.
Job Description
- Accountable for managing multiple projects and engineering teams together with Junior PT and PT
- Provide strong leadership and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering trainings/development for project team
- Analyze structural drawings given by clients
- Implement formwork solutions for basic and complex project requirements considering standards safety timesaving and costefficiency
- Formwork design for special applications and structures.
- Create customer presentations for projectspecific applications and solutions
- Propose the most economical and best technical solution
- Conduct basic and advanced static calculations and structural analysis
- Produce material list offer and shop drawings
- Assist Sales Engineers with site visits meetings and client presentation
- Ensure the timely delivery of drawings material lists and calculations as required
- Liaise with clients for technical issues and troubleshooting
- Coordination with other involved departments
- Consideration of availability of material in the design stage
Qualifications :
- Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
- Auto CAD and formwork knowledge (3D software Revit and Inventor is an advantage)
- At least 8 years of intensive experience and expert knowledge in formwork engineering (and statics)
- Solid communication skills in English
- Team player with attention to detail and a feel for economic matters
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage a project and its internal and external stakeholders
- Thorough project management experience and knowledge
- Ability to make decisions take responsibility delegate and deliver presentations
- Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills
- Shows adaptability is open to change and able to manage it
- Thorough understanding of our business model and crossfunctional collaboration
- Understanding of logistics and contract management
