Job Description:
The Construction Engineer will oversee onsite activities manage construction workers and ensure timely and safe project delivery. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of construction experience in the UAE possess strong leadership skills and be proficient in Urdu or Hindi. Experience in roof slab work including steel fixing and carpentry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daytoday construction activities onsite ensuring safety and quality standards.
Manage coordinate and provide guidance to construction workers including steel fixers and carpenters.
Monitor the progress of projects and report status updates to senior management.
Oversee roof slab construction ensuring precision in steel fixing and carpentry.
Collaborate with architects contractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and safety regulations.
Identify and address potential site challenges and provide practical solutions.
Prepare and maintain site documentation including progress reports and safety records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of construction experience in the UAE.
Proven experience in managing construction workers and onsite operations.
Proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is required.
Experience with roof slab construction steel fixing and carpentry is a plus.
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
