General Experience
Job Description : **Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Test Planning & Requirement Analysis**
Review and analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Collaborate with developers business analysts and product managers to understand project scope.
Identify test scenarios based on requirements.
2. Test Case Design & Execution**
Create detailed structured and reusable test cases.
Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
Perform UI functional regression smoke and sanity testing.
Validate crossbrowser and crossdevice compatibility.
3. Defect Reporting & Tracking**
Identify document and track bugs using tools like JIRA Trello or Bugzilla.
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
4. User Experience & Usability Testing**
Evaluate application usability from an enduser perspective. Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements.
5. Regression & Compatibility Testing**
Perform regression testing for new releases.
Ensure compatibility across different browsers devices and OS versions.
6. API Testing & Database Testing (Basic Level)
Test APIs using tools like Postman (if required).
Validate backend data using SQL queries.
7. Collaboration & Communication**
Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives).
8. Test Documentation & Reporting**
Maintain test documentation including test cases test reports and defect logs.
Provide test status updates to stakeholders.
9. Basic Security & Performance Testing (Optional)**
Identify security vulnerabilities and basic performance issues (if required).
