We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Time Keeper to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours managing timeoff requests and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee work hours overtime and timeoff using time management software
- Process and validate employee timesheets and timeoff requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely wage calculations
- Monitor and report on employee attendance tardiness and absenteeism
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of time and attendance systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding time and attendance policies
- Prepare and distribute various timerelated reports for management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to working hours and overtime
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in time records
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance timekeeping efficiency
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 23 years of experience in timekeeping payroll or related administrative role
- Proficiency in time management software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills and ability to perform accurate calculations
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping
- Understanding of payroll processes and their relationship to timekeeping
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Certification in timekeeping or payroll is a plus
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations preferred
