الوصف الوظيفي
- Visit potential clients consultants and architects to specify products for mega large and mediumscale projects
- Build strong relationships with engineers architects specifiers and facilities managers focusing on targeted market areas by providing comprehensive technical support
- Recommend appropriate systems and offer technical guidance to major architects and consultants
- Prepare accurate and relevant documentation including prequalification documents method statements specification clauses and product presentations for all systems and products
- Ensure products and systems are approved at the client/consultant level and integrated throughout the specification process
- Conduct product testing according to the standards required in the region
- Support key target markets such as waterproofing concrete roofing flooring and repair & protection systems
- Coordinate with authorities to assist in the design of product specifications for upcoming projects
- Participate in and lead presentations and workshops at exhibitions and seminars for customers consultants and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelors in Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Specification Manager in the construction chemicals industry
