Overview of the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of AI Strategy and Data Transformation to join our team at Al Futtaim Automotive. This role is pivotal in delivering our overall Data and AI Strategy and ensuring the adoption of data and AI use cases by business stakeholders across all lines of businesses.

What you will do

• Drive implementation of Data and AI Strategy and create datadriven decisionmaking culture throughout organization
• Establish strong relationship with Managing Directors senior leadership and business stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of data and AI use cases into business processes
• Manage crossfunctional teams of data scientists data engineers and business analyst to delivery strategic AI and data analytics projects across all lines of business
• Manage all data engineering modelling governance reporting initiatives for Al Futtaim Automotive.
• Achieve target business goals set together with Chief Data Officer and evaluated against them regularly
• Regularly interact with team to ensure required project dependencies such as data computational resources software licenses access rights etc. are provided within planned timeframes
• Adhere to Al Futtaim Automotive policies corporate culture business objectives and strategic goals
• Perform his/her work in accordance with policies defined within Data Office related to work ethics data processing people management and business project delivery

Required skills to be successful

• 10 years of practical experience in delivering largescale Data and AI Transformation projects for large corporations
• Consulting background with excellent problemsolving presentation communication and managerial skills
• Background in Computer Science Computer Engineering Statistics Data Engineering Data Science or Machine Learning
• Handson experience with SAP Data Engineering Feature Engineering Data Modelling ETL Big Data Data Architecture Metadata Management AI Change Management Python PySpark SQL and Deep Learning
