Position Overview:

The client is currently seeking experienced Property Advisors at associate senior and director levels. Candidates will be joining a company that is recognized for excellence innovation and the highest standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.

Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.

Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish including negotiation and contract signing.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends property values and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.

Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring personalised and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.

Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with a global clientele.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

A strong work ethic selfmotivation and a passion for real estate.

A driving license is a plus but not required.
