Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.
We are looking for energetic and resultsdriven Promoters to join our team. As a promoter you will play a key role in showcasing our real estate projects and driving sales through direct interaction with potential buyers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a persuasive personality and a passion for sales in the real estate industry.

Promote real estate projects to potential buyers through direct marketing events and exhibitions.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures flyers and digital media to raise awareness of the companys offerings.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective buyers through facetoface interactions and networking.
Provide detailed information about property features pricing and payment plans to potential clients.
Assist clients in scheduling site visits and accompany them to showcase the properties.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
Represent the company professionally at property expos trade shows and promotional events.
Gather feedback from potential customers and share insights with the marketing and sales teams.
Stay updated on the companys portfolio and market trends to address client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus).
Experience:
12 years of proven experience as a promoter sales associate or in a similar role preferably in real estate.
Other Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Professional appearance and a customeroriented attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and during events as required.
