Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Plan and execute cleaning schedules based on client needs and project priorities.
Ensure efficient and highquality cleaning operations.
Monitor team performance to maintain cleaning standards.
Team Supervision & Training:
Recruit train and manage cleaning staff to build a skilled team.
Assign tasks based on expertise and conduct regular performance reviews.
Equipment & Material Management:
Maintain and manage cleaning equipment (scaffolds ropes pressure washers).
Select appropriate cleaning methods and materials for different surfaces.
Implement inventory control for supplies and equipment.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols for highrise cleaning.
Conduct safety audits risk assessments and training programs.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary client contact to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Provide progress updates and resolve complaints professionally.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Budget & Cost Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets for cost efficiency.
Optimize resource utilization and negotiate with suppliers for favorable rates.
Sustainability & Reporting:
Promote ecofriendly cleaning practices and ensure waste management compliance.
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on operations safety audits and incidents.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks especially for highrise operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in facade cleaning or building maintenance.
Expertise in facade cleaning techniques equipment and fall protection systems.
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
Knowledge of environmental practices and waste management.
Valid driver s license and ability to oversee onsite operations when required

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in facility management, including knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements. - Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in CAFM. - Fluency in Arabic will be an advantage.
