We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer with expertise in Facilities Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing procurement activities for hard services projects ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivering costeffective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement operations for hard services projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs and provide tailored procurement solutions.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and costefficiency.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor supplier performance.
- Solve projectrelated challenges by leveraging strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 67 years of relevant experience in procurement within the facilities management industry with a focus on hard services projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of facilities management and hard services operations.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to handle complex procurement challenges.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of supply chain management processes.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
