We are currently seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist for a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on the comprehensive management and optimization of endpoint management tools and systems with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience improving system performance and ensuring seamless operation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Management: Design implement and manage endpoint solutions to ensure optimal performance security and system integrity.
- System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve endpoint management processes and technologies ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting for endpointrelated issues resolving problems efficiently and minimizing downtime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of endpoint systems.
- User Assistance & Training: Assist and train users to foster a positive and productive user experience ensuring systems are effectively utilized.
- Technology Integration: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in endpoint technologies to ensure cuttingedge solutions are implemented.
- System Updates & Baselines: Design and implement system updates and baselines to enhance system integrity and performance with minimal disruption to users.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as required to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
- Certifications: ITIL Certification or equivalent; Microsoft Products certification (Operating Systems and Applications) is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills in IT and endpoint systems.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with endpoint management tools helpdesk tools and IT best practices. Experience with the same helpdesk tools used in the client s IT environment is desirable.

- A deep understanding of the technical aspects of endpoint systems and the needs of users.
- Ability to adopt and integrate new technologies to improve productivity and user satisfaction.
