We are looking for a Resident Engineer to join a prestigious bank in Dubai. This is your chance to work with cuttingedge IT infrastructure and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations.

If you have expertise in HPE Synergy HPE 3PAR and a working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing HPE Synergy infrastructure.
• Administering and maintaining HPE 3PAR storage systems.
• Supporting Microsoft SCCM tasks like software distribution and patch management.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for IT systems.
• Preparing accurate documentation and performance reports.

Qualifications & Essential Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure with focus on HPE Synergy and HPE 3PAR.
• Handson experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Strong problemsolving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• HPE ASE Synergy Solutions Integrator V1 or V2
