Are you an experienced Product Support Engineer with a strong background in the Banking and Financial domains If you have 5 years of handson coding experience we want to hear from you!

• Provide technical and functional support for Insurance Capital Market and Wealth Management systems.
• Manage production applications and systems ensuring stability and reliability.
• Analyze incidents troubleshoot and deploy fixes in coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee testing and production implementation of releases.
• Ensure smooth project and change delivery including testing and deployment.
• Conduct IT health checks and support incident/change management processes.

• Proficient in SQL/Queries .NET and Microservices.
• Experience in production support or technical support in relevant systems.
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• AWS cloud knowledge is a plus.
