Position Overview

Powernsun is seeking an experienced Solar Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar energy systems with at least 5 years of experience in service and maintenance. This role involves providing onsite technical support troubleshooting and maintaining solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar panels inverters and associated components.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in solar power systems ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Provide onsite support during system installations commissioning and testing phases.
  
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Create and maintain detailed service reports documentation and customer communications.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a focus on service maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within the solar industry.
