Below are the Job Responsibilities:
* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
* Answering customers questions about the products.
* Following up with potential customers to facilitate sales.
* Effectively understand the clients requirements.
* Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
* Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
* Excellent communication skills.
