Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve revenue generation customer loyalty and campaign effectiveness delivering actionable recommendations to address these
- Deliver indepth analytical solutions models interpretation and segmentation that will impact on strategic and operational direction and improve campaign response rates
- Provide deep dive analytics around e.g. response profiling uplift analysis offer take up response timing channel preference and testing to support decisions on campaign strategy
- Build and develop relationships with teams and individuals across the business to both facilitate information gathering and provide analytical support when required
Key Skills & Person Specification:
- Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience in delivering customer data analysis
- Ability to translate business and commercial requirements into an analytical brief
- Skilled in producing written reports and presenting results of analysis surfacing insights from the data and turning this into actions and strategic changes to the relevant stakeholders
- Significant experience of working with customer data platforms i.e. advanced knowledge and experience of SQL (essential) required. Knowledge and experience of statistical analysis (R or Python) preferred
- Experience in building and implementing propensity models and customer segmentations is essential
- Someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about getting into the data to identify opportunities that others have missed
- A strong team player
- Commitment to achieving results
- Ability to work independently when required and take initiative and lead when required
- Ability to multitask and be flexible in a fastpaced and changing environment
- Passion for the consumer essential
