Graphic Designer - Marriott International Inc

POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Aloft Abu Dhabi working closely with the Marketing & Communications team to create highimpact designs for both digital and print media. You will be responsible for crafting visually striking content that aligns with the Aloft brand standards from promotional materials and social media content to inhouse signage and event collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to Marriott and Aloft brand guidelines maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Creative Design: Develop eyecatching graphics for social media websites email campaigns print materials and onproperty signage.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce compelling digital content including animations videos and visuals for Instagram Facebook and other platforms.
• Event Collateral: Design promotional materials for hotel events including flyers banners invitations and menus.
• Photography & Editing: Assist with hotel photoshoots and edit images to be used across various marketing platforms.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and technology ensuring Aloft Abu Dhabis marketing materials remain fresh modern and ahead of the curve
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as F&B Sales and Events to create custom designs tailored to their specific needs and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in the hospitality lifestyle or luxury industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects from digital to print.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their visual content requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Creative detailoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
