We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager with project management functions (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Abu Dhabi!

Main responsibilities:

• Business Development & Market Expansion:
  
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics focusing on HL/OOG and complex cargo solutions.
  • Lead sales efforts including prospecting client engagement and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and valueadded solutions.
• Project Management:
  
  • Oversee the execution of logistics projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
  • Manage project risks and compliance while maintaining structured documentation and uptodate forecasts.
  • Oversee budgeting financial planning and reporting ensuring profitability and cost control.
  Track project costs and revenue identifying areas for financial improvement.
• Technical Solutions & Project Planning:
  
  • Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics including route surveys lifting plans and cargo securing strategies.
  • Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
