Finance Director Opportunities
Location: Dubai UAE

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization
- Develop and implement financial strategies policies and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth
- Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial objectives with overall business goals
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a senior finance or accounting role preferably in a fastpaced growthoriented organization
- Proven track record of financial planning analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial management principles including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
- Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
