Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization
• Develop and implement financial strategies policies and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth
• Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other department heads to align financial objectives with overall business goals
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a senior finance or accounting role preferably in a fastpaced growthoriented organization
• Proven track record of financial planning analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial management principles including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
• Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
