Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join our manufacturing team. As a Structural Welder you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings welding structural components and ensuring the overall quality of the welded products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in welding techniques be able to work independently and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the layout and welding process for structural components
- Weld and fabricate structural components using various welding techniques such as MIG TIG and stick welding
- Inspect and ensure the quality of welded products making any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG TIG and stick welding
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Certification in welding is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
