We are looking for a Civil Supervisor with 10 years of experience and a valid UAE driving license to oversee and manage construction activities onsite. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil work is executed according to the project specifications timelines and quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daytoday civil construction activities on site.
- Ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings plans and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines schedules and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and site workers to ensure the smooth flow of work.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Report on project progress and address any issues or delays with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all necessary resources (materials equipment personnel) are available onsite as required.
- Manage site documentation and records including daily logs and safety reports.
- Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction with UAE experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques materials and equipment.
- Proven experience supervising teams and subcontractors in construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using construction management tools and software.
