We are looking to hire a talented and detailoriented wood painter for our client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing finishing and painting wooden surfaces to achieve highquality results. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare wood surfaces by sanding cleaning and applying primer as needed.
- Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results.
- Apply paint stain and finishes using brushes rollers or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make touchups as necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively about project needs and timelines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a wood painter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of paints stains and finishes.
- Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
