yse work orders and operation schedule to plan downtime for preventative maintenance repairs for overall fleet (Dubai ferries / Water Taxies / Abras / Workshop). Review and evaluate completed work orders to optimize ets life cycle and schedule proactive replacements. Develop and maintain work flow process. Train workforce to utilize CMMS software effectively. Formulate and track metrics to statistically reflect maintenance performance.
Major Activities/Deliverables: which include but is not limited to:
Prepares schedule report the Annual Maintenance Plans.
Evaluate and prioritize work orders based on manning materials and other resources. Create weekly daily work order schedule for craftsmen to perform scheduled work orders. Setting realistic Target Dates for of the work and the ociated dates for procurement of material and services.
Monitoring the agreed KPIs taking appropriate actions to close the deviation from target. Responsible for implementing The Defects ysis and Corrective Action System based on the approved manual.
Led the transition from a paper work request system to a functional Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).
Maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring Job Plans are complete accurate and easily accessible to all.
The management of backlog through periodic meetings and to ensure it is accurate and prioritized.
Improved PMs and reduce percentage of unscheduled downtime.
Elished critical spare parts kits and reduced on hand inventory.
Evaluated procedures gathers operator feedback provided technical guidance isted with supply chain management and makes technical recommendations to enhance the maintenance program
Review work requests and compare them with previous work completed on ships to ensure that costs are economically sound.
Prepare annual budget dashboards reports and submit to the management.
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
Degree in either Marine Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related technical engineering subject
Qualification and Experience
57 years in a maintenance with at least 3 years in marine planning.
experience in a ship repair/ ship yard environment is preferred.

Must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MAXIMO SAP..etc and experience in GRP system is preferred.
Must be familiar with Power BI to prepare dashboards.
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university. 3 7 Years experience in similar field in maintenance & facility management. Possess good leadership ss including the ability to lead & motivate his team, decision making ss, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planning abilities, time management, and good computer ss. Very good communication ss, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation ss, and fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic. ytical thinking, problem solving, business innovation, and customer service orientation. Excellent knowledge and intensive experience with international Electro-Mechanical programs and standards, functions, systems, procedures, and knowledge of quality & safety standards and projects management.
