Our client is looking to hire an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the university s administrative office. This role ensures smooth office functioning effective resource management and provides support to faculty staff and students by coordinating administrative tasks and maintaining a professional working environment.
Manage daytoday administrative activities including office supplies equipment maintenance and workspace organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from faculty staff and students.
Coordinate meetings events and appointments and manage the university s master calendar.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office procedures and processes.
Oversee records management including filing systems doentation and data entry.
ist with budget management procurement and invoice processing.
Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and initiatives led by university leadership.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in office management or administrative roles preferably in an educational institution.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
Fluent in English & Arabic language.
