Job Description:

A growing web and digital agency are looking for an active and energetic Senior Designer & Animator.

We are looking for a dynamic web and social media designer to be responsible for designing the web and posting original content on online platforms. The responsibilities of a social media designer include posting content on social media designing graphic material and attracting consumers via social media.

To be successful as a web / social media designer you should be highly motivated creative and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies. Ultimately a topnotch social media designer should be computer literate highly organized and able to work with little direction.

Throughout the design process web graphic designers work closely with developers to ensure that frontend and backend elements work together as expected. The web graphic designer may provide notes on usability and functionality from the client and discuss how to integrate the clients needs with backend technologies and functions while also determining how the pages architecture will work with elements like images text and navigation menus.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of design projects.
• Design page layouts and templates.
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding.
• Collaborate with UX marketing engineering and other teams.
• Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
• Work with frontend web developers to deploy designs.
• Select and prepare imagery.
• Create and maintain a database of design assets.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and userfriendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Create Logo Stationary and Social Media Posts
• Ability to create animated Gifs and 2d Animated video on after effect will be a plus point
• Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Keeping brand guidelines up to date with agreed revisions on the assigned artwork
• Working with team members to ensure effective and timely delivery of marketing and communication collateral
• Up to date experience with international web techniques and technologies
• Expert Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign and Others
• Excellent communication and men handling skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Familiarity with current web standards and best practices within the web design and production field
• Experience in Professional Website Design logo brochure etc.
• Drawing up detailed website specifications;
• Designing the websites visual imagery and ensuring its in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
• Editing content and redesigning web pages;
• Working with other web specialists including web developers and graphic designers;
• Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software development
• Designing graphics animations and manipulating digital photographs.
• Creating creative designs for the companys website advertisement screen social media presentations and all other channels.
• Responsible for the clients social media pages (facebook tweeter Instagram LinkedIn).
• Responsible for the clients printings designs (profiles flyers posters roll upetc) and responsible for finalizing them in the best image within a time frame

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field
• One to three years of professional web design experience
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver Photoshop InDesign Illustrator)
• Experience with HTML Javascript and CSS
• 3 years of Social media and email marketing experience a plus
