Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a renowned university in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Career Services Coordinator who will assist in the development and delivery of career programs and services to support students and alumni in their career development and job search processes. The role involves coordinating careerrelated events providing guidance on internships and employment opportunities and fostering relationships with employers.


Assist in organizing career fairs workshops and employer information sessions.

Provide career counselling to students and alumni on resumes job search strategies and interview preparation.

Coordinate internship and employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with employers.

Manage job postings and career platform systems ensuring uptodate opportunities are available for students.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career services into academic programs.

Collect and analyze data on employment outcomes to inform program improvements.

Promote career services programs to students alumni and external stakeholders


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Career Counselling Human Resources or a related field.

23 years of experience in career services counselling or higher education.

Knowledge of career development and job market trends especially in the UAE.

Proficiency in career management software and MS Office.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple events and priorities efficiently.

Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.

Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.

- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a university or educational institution. - Strong knowledge of university financial policies and procedures. - Proficiency in account balancing, reconciling, and maintaining financial accounts. - Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles, methods, and applications. - Ability to interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and perform financial projections. - Experience in budgeting, cost control, and computerized financial systems. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software for preparing reports and projections. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
