We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pricing strategies overseeing tendering processes and handling procurement activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and manage the pricing strategy for projects ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Oversee tendering processes including preparation submission and negotiation of bids.
- Manage procurement activities to ensure the timely and costeffective acquisition of materials and services.
- Collaborate with the finance and project management teams to ensure alignment on budgets and project forecasts.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers contractors and clients to negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and costsaving initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management or a related field.
- 67 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on pricing tendering and procurement.
- Proven experience in managing commercial operations and leading teams.
- Strong negotiation analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Indepth understanding of the construction industry and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on largescale construction projects.
- Professional certifications in procurement or project management.
