Location: Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
- The senior UI/UX Designers role involves conducting extensive research analyzing user feedback and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to develop intuitive and usercentered designs.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Be highly analytical as well as highly creative and consistently demonstrate superb design writing and presentation skills.
- Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary usercantered design methodologies.
- Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problemsolving skills selfdirection and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
- Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
- Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a crossfunctional Agile product teams
- Research identify and articulate customer needs
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role:
- Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Entrepreneurial selfstarter who is selfmotivated but also a team player with a professional presence
- Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite Figma Sketch or other tools for product design.
- Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
Previous experience:
- 46 years of experience in UI & UX
- Bachelors degree in design or equivalent area
- Ability to communicate with different departments of a multinational and dynamic organization
- Experience with design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite and Figma
- Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
- Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
