About the Role
Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic engagement and conversions for our B2B eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing within the B2B eCommerce space with a strong understanding of online sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans to enhance online presence and drive business growth.
- Manage multichannel marketing efforts including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
- eCommerce Focus:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives specific to the B2B eCommerce platform.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic generate leads and convert visitors into customers.
- Analyze and optimize eCommerce metrics such as conversion rates average order value and customer acquisition costs.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create and manage compelling content for the website blog and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness website traffic and key performance indicators.
- Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and effective implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B eCommerce platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM email marketing social media marketing and content strategy.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with B2B ecommerce is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED15000.00 AED20000.00 per month
