Influencer Talent Manager

Our client is a leading Influencer Marketing & Social Media Agency looking to hire an Influencer Talent Manager. This is a critical role in supporting creators and an opportunity to contribute to a highperforming talent management team.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of this position is supporting a group of creators and managing the logistics of their brand partnerships

• Youll also communicate with brands and agencies to execute campaigns negotiate high level terms oversee campaign calendars and work closely with leadership on a daily basis

• Youll also have the chance to provide creative and strategic input to the Talent Management team on industry updates and trends

• Oversee a group of creators and manage their brand partnerships

• Manage the logistics of many moving parts with campaigns and talent schedules

• Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent brands and agencies

• Build strong relationships with talent along with brand and agency partners

• Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent

• Stay uptodate on the latest updates and trends across social media
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong emotional intelligence natural intuition doesnt get overwhelmed easily

• 35 years of work experience in the digital space: ad agency brand side talent management influencer marketing account management or similar environment

• Solid understanding of influencer marketing

• Enjoys being organized with high attention to detail

• Strong time management and prioritizing important tasks

• Topnotch communication skills

• Loves responsiveness and working efficiently

• Selfmotivated while working remotely in a collaborative team environment

• Positive optimistic mindset and friendly personality

• Bachelors degree Any discipline pref. Marketing/Creative/HR/Business related.

• Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet and mobile service

• Access to a major airport

• Direct experience executing influencer marketing campaigns negotiating and interacting with talent

• Experience using Google Docs Slack Canva Capcut photo/video editing or project management tools

• Bilingual French & English (Arabic will be an advantage but not required)
