Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Recruiter you will play a key role in building our talented team of professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring toptier candidates to drive our mission forward. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual who is enthusiastic about recruitment and thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Draft and design job descriptions that effectively communicate the responsibilities and requirements of each position.
- Post job ads on various portals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the offer process including negotiating salary and benefits.
- Coordinate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide guidance and support to recruitment team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role with a focus on fullcycle recruiting.
- Experience in team management including leading and motivating a recruitment team.
- Experience in recruitment across the GCC region is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience working in the education sector is a plus
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED4000.00 AED4800.00 per month
